ALL Workshops are led by Beth Mansfield, Registered Dietitian and Exercise Specialist, and will take place in the Foustanellas Auditorium, 2nd floor, University of Ottawa Heart Institute
Shape Up: cost $50/person (includes body composition/resting metabolic rate test) Develop a weight loss plan of action for increasing HDL-cholesterol and decreasing LDL- cholesterol and triglyceride levels. This workshop includes a body composition/ resting metabolic rate test and a hands on workshop to help you adjust your energy balance to achieve a healthy weight goal.
PowerFuel™ Sport Nutrition: cost $50/person (includes body composition/resting metabolic rate test). Develop a sport nutrition plan to meet your pre, during and post workout energy needs. This workshop will help you select the best foods and fluids to train better, recover more quickly, avoid injuries, and achieve your health and fitness goals.
